Pulpit Announcements ....
Sunday March 8th
♦ The brothers of Missionaries of the Word are visiting this weekend. Their charism is the Word and they sustain themselves by promoting their magazine. You can stop and see them as you exit the church.
♦ The Altar Society Meeting will be held in the Sacred Heart Hall this Monday March 9th at 12 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
♦ The Baptism Preparation classes will take place next Sunday, March 15th, after the 10am Mass in English and after the 12:30p.m. Mass in Spanish. Please call the parish office if you plan to attend.
♦ The Parish will be offering a Lenten Mission on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 17th and 18th Starting at 6:00 p.m. You can see the flyer in the bulletin for more details. You are also invited to leave your name and number so we can make the proper arrangements.
♦ We have added Monday, April 20th to have the pictures taken. You can Stop by the vestibule as you leave the church and schedule your appointment or take the flyer and schedule your appointment online. You can also submit your own family photo for $15.
♦ The scholarship application for graduating high schooler male and female is now available in the vestibule of the church. Ladies turn in the application to the Altar Society and gentlemen to the Knights of Columbus.
♦ We have available in the vestibule a sign-up sheet for anyone interested in taking part in the Live Stations on Good Friday.
♦ Javier Gomeza passed away last week. His services will be Tuesday, March 10 with the Holy Rosary at 10:30am and the Holy Mass at 11:00 a.m.
May the soul of Javier and the souls of the faithful departed by the mercy of God, rest in peace. amen
